I’m Yumeng – the creative mind behind YZ Mediendesign. As a media designer with an international background, deeply rooted in two cultures, I bring a unique perspective to every project.
Born and raised in the far east, I moved to a new country at the age of 21. This decision was more than just a change of location – it marked the beginning of a new chapter full of curiosity, cultural exchange, and professional growth. Today, I live and work in Zwickau, Saxony – my creative home from which I serve clients both locally and across Germany.
Apart from my job as a PR employee in a medium-sized company focusing on sustainability, research & development, and social media, I discovered my passion for media design.
What started as a hobby quickly became my passion – with a special focus on social media content.
What makes me stand out...
I combine a holistic understanding of modern communication with technical expertise and a refined design sensibility. This creates designs that are not only visually appealing but also strategically effective.
What does design mean to me?
For me, design is more than colors and shapes. It is the process through which ideas become visible, brands come to life, and messages are made clear. Understanding the brand identity is especially important to me – because only then can a design feel truly authentic.
